Work Environment

Our technology platform enables secure and effective telehealth sessions, allowing you to engage with clients seamlessly in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that promote healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate and integrate care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate and empower clients' families, encouraging active involvement in the recovery process to enhance support systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards by accurately documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients who are navigating complex emotional and behavioral health challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic solutions and support, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and growth. Your empathetic approach will not only help clients but also engage their families in a collaborative recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is a must.
• Active state licensure is required (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD).
• Demonstrable experience delivering telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescent and young adult populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including navigation of EHR systems and Google Suite, to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on creating a warm and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Presentation that embodies professionalism and respect for the client-clinician relationship.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment with a reliable internet connection and adequate privacy for maintaining client confidentiality.
• A willingness to engage in ongoing training related to our unique treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
