Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care or clinic environment, developing and executing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic methods, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure peak rehabilitative outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to educate them on effective exercises and physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and reviewing relevant literature.
• Assist in recommending and fitting patients with necessary assistive devices to promote self-care and enhance mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
