Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Aspire Care, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries or surgeries within a therapeutic setting, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities, to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Document all treatments, patient responses, and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary, continuously assessing patient progress and redefining therapeutic goals.
• Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices, educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and mobility assistance.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and participating in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and elderly individuals facing various physical challenges. You will work closely with patients who have sustained injuries, experienced surgical procedures, or are managing chronic conditions affecting their mobility and quality of life. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
