Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients, ensuring a supportive and professional therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Monitor and report on client progress through regular sessions, providing tailored interventions as required.
\n
• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate documentation and timely progress notes for each client encounter.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster client growth.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and team collaboration to enhance clinical practice and refine therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in team meetings and professional discussions with other healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on youth aged between 6 to 21 years who are experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Clinicians will work with families to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both individual and systemic factors affecting the client's well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality in all professional interactions.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with youth in a mental health capacity, focusing on psychiatric issues and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
