Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, personalizing your approach based on each client’s individual needs and treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in developing coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to design comprehensive care plans that enhance overall patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant clinical documentation that ensures all client interactions are accurately recorded for quality assurance and continuity of care.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and resources, enhancing the visibility of our services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health practice is mandatory, showcasing your ability to effectively handle diverse therapeutic cases.

Compensation and Benefits
