Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing stability and scheduling upcoming appointments, as well as planning for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client interaction using our electronic health record system.

• Perform intake assessments to understand clients' needs and gather crucial background information for effective treatment.

• Provide individual therapy sessions and support clients on their journey towards mental wellness.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate client care and address comprehensive mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to youth, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and life transitions. Our clinicians work closely with parents and support networks to ensure a holistic approach to care, empowering young clients to thrive in their communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Ability to meet requirements for internal credentialing in clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients, including those struggling with substance abuse issues.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosis, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
