Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. Duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatments accordingly.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, skillfully blending traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches.

• Engaging in both one-on-one and group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings and struggles.

• Maintaining meticulous records of all client interactions, including therapy sessions, treatment progress, and follow-up plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Authorization to work in the United States.
