Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-informed methodologies tailored to meet the needs of each client.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress in aligning with their treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to their care plans.

• Coordinate intervention strategies alongside interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage with the medical team regarding clients admitted to the hospital, providing necessary insights into their mental health conditions and treatment needs.

• Support family members and caregivers in managing behavioral challenges, equipping them with strategies to foster a conducive environment for their loved ones’ recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status in Washington State is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive compensation package based on experience and productivity, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 101,000.
