This role is primarily onsite, providing therapy services in the homes of our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Step into Strength, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions through comprehensive evaluations and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Instructing patients in the correct application of therapeutic exercises and techniques to ensure optimal results.
• Administering restorative treatments, such as massage or therapeutic modalities, to facilitate healing and enhance physical function.
• Assisting patients in the proper use of mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers, to improve their independence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking progress, and revising treatment plans as necessary to align with patient recovery goals.
• Advising patients and their families on in-home exercises and treatment options to continue progress between therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, from children to the elderly, each with unique physical therapy needs. Our clients may be recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or dealing with developmental disorders. Qualifications

Candidate requirements include:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide:
