Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will primarily work on-site in patients' homes throughout Orlando. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patients' histories, performing specialized assessments, and making accurate recommendations. Document findings methodically.
• Communicate evaluation results and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, actively involving them in goal setting.
• Execute personalized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations, adapting to their changing health conditions and the dynamics of health care.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care, recognizing and documenting any changes in patients' conditions that necessitate adjustments to treatment plans.
• Ensure effective discharge planning and follow-up, maintaining precise and timely documentation of all patient care activities, including daily progress notes and discharge evaluations.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to meet productivity standards, maintain an organized schedule, and actively participate in marketing initiatives to promote our services.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives in compliance with regulatory standards and strengthen our commitment to quality patient care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development by engaging in continuing education, mentoring students, and staying updated on industry trends.
• Enhance patient experience by adapting to individual needs and actively participating in initiatives to improve access to our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, accidents, or chronic conditions, as well as elderly patients requiring rehabilitation support. Understanding their unique circumstances and designing personalized therapy plans will be vital in promoting their health and well-being. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or home care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
