Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and creating tailored treatment programs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and therapeutic exercises tailored to address specific patient conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic and neurologic disorders.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, providing modifications to treatment plans based on patient feedback and recovery timelines.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment objectives, progress, and home exercise regimens, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational and speech therapists, to maximize patient outcomes through holistic care strategies.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service, enhancing patient experiences and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications
