This role is primarily based in home care settings, where our Physical Therapists work directly with patients in the comfort of their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care setting to determine their physical therapy needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based exercises, hands-on therapy, and advanced techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Assist patients with rehabilitation following injury, surgery, or illnesses, ensuring a safe and effective recovery process.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices to support independence and self-care.
• Stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy through continuous education and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a robust benefits package.
