This position allows you to work remotely with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Our center operates from Monday to Saturday, allowing clinicians the freedom to select hours that fit their personal and professional lives. The organization provides in-house credentialing, effectively alleviating the administrative burden of insurance participation and scheduling, enabling you to focus on what matters most: patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring thorough evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Carry out triage to determine the appropriate levels of care required, promoting timely and effective interventions.

• Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary meetings, documenting treatment progress and actively participating in patient rounds.

• Provide tailored clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and additional evidence-based modalities, to help clients achieve their personalized goals.

• Engage in case management, establishing connections with external professionals and services, ensuring comprehensive support systems for patients.

• Maintain ethical standards in documentation and communications, ensuring timely entries that meet the department’s expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselor will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. By tailoring therapeutic approaches to individual needs, our counselors facilitate personal growth and resilience, empowering clients to overcome their struggles.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is essential to qualify for this role.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to your preference and schedule.
