We support our clinicians with in-house credentialing, management of insurance participation, and individualized scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups across various age ranges, utilizing advanced clinical skills to understand client needs.

• Delivering graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams through effective communication via patient rounds and documentation, ensuring the smooth planning and execution of treatment strategies.

• Demonstrating comprehensive expertise in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, regardless of their demographic background.

• Providing case management services, which involve consulting and collaborating with community resources and professionals to facilitate the most effective patient care.

• Completing timely and ethical documentation of all interactions and treatments in alignment with department standards and practices.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other appropriate clinical practices to assist patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will provide support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life challenges, consequently fostering resilience and strength within the community.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities are highly desirable. Additionally, comfort in managing flexible hours—ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week—will be beneficial as this role adapts to the needs of our clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
