This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering vital therapeutic services. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that articulate specific therapeutic goals and actionable strategies.
• Coordinate care collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide effective and integrated client support.
• Lead group therapy, psychoeducation sessions, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans tailored to individual client situations.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation consistent with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring compliance in all practices.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique mental health circumstances. You will cultivate a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to navigate their mental health challenges and foster resilience. In doing so, your role is crucial in promoting recovery and enhancing client's quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based therapy techniques and an ability to apply them effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction and teamwork.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in therapeutic settings.
• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote service delivery is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
