Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information on clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, influencing the course of treatment. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals, addressing the specific needs of each client. Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless and coordinated care. Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to support clients during critical moments. Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance community and peer support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality record-keeping for client care continuity. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will primarily focus on supporting clients with a variety of mental health conditions in an outpatient setting. Given the nature of our hospice center, you will engage with diverse client backgrounds, each facing unique emotional challenges. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a commitment to ethical practice. At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to work with diverse populations. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to connect with clients on a personal level while maintaining professional boundaries. Preferred Experience Experience working in hospice care or with palliative clients. Proficiency in various treatment modalities tailored to specific mental health issues. Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed to meet client availability. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
