Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied client caseload with a focus on forming meaningful relationships, adhering to professional ethics and the establishment of healthy boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, providing stability and preparing for future appointments and eventual discharge as deemed appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment programs, ensuring that they are client-centered and effective.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs effectively.

• Deliver a predetermined number of individual counseling sessions each week, focusing on a variety of mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is mandatory.

• You must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
