Key Responsibilities\n

You will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, determining specific needs that will inform personalized treatment plans.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and circumstances, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions focused on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to provide holistic care and address the diverse needs of our clients.

• Engaging family members in the therapeutic process, providing them with education and resources to support clients’ recovery journeys.

• Maintaining accurate documentation consistent with ethical and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment summaries.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities applicable to various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, encouraging active participation in their recovery.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities that facilitate teamwork and client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or similar setting, engaging with a wide range of client demographics.

• Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
