Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights that inform patient care strategies and promote cohesive treatment approaches.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining comprehensive records of patient advancements that can easily be accessed by interested parties.
