Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home, while also providing flexibility to best meet the needs of our clients. Utilizing a telehealth framework, you will engage with clients via video calls, enabling access to care for individuals who may be geographically isolated or prefer the convenience of receiving support from home. Our team is collaborative and focused on maintaining a supportive atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' unique experiences, histories, and needs.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience strategies, ensuring they align with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based corrective interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your therapeutic sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, design activities that foster healing, and help clients process and articulate their trauma.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care delivery for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, helping clients manage acute distress.
\n
• Educate clients and families about trauma responses, developing coping mechanisms, and navigating available resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations, actively participate in team meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed of current research and methodologies to continuously enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients facing complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships built on trust and respect with clients.

• Proficient usage of electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.

• Experience with delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
