Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic treatment to children and adolescents using CBT, DBT, and ERP techniques in individual, group, and family therapy formats.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and objectives.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to agency and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or designated supervisors to enhance clinical practice and accountability.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative care approach.

• Use clinical software tools to manage documentation and patient scheduling effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on child and adolescent patients, providing compassionate support as they navigate their mental health journeys. In addition to working with younger patients, you may have opportunities to engage with adult populations, broadening your therapeutic experience. Programs include but are not limited to Depression Recovery, OCD Management, and Anxiety Treatment, allowing you to tailor your interventions based on specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical principles surrounding mental health practice.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with patients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or coursework in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
