As a remote workplace equipped with advanced telehealth capabilities, our team adapts to the evolving needs of our patients while collaborating effectively across disciplines. Our outpatient office provides supportive infrastructure to ensure that therapists can focus on high-quality care delivery. We strive for a balance between flexibility and structured schedules, allowing our clinicians to manage patient appointments and case load efficiently. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to establish a thorough understanding of each patient's unique trauma history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing traumatic experiences and cultivating effective coping mechanisms for various life challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care through integrated approaches, ensuring comprehensive mental health support.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed during acute trauma-related episodes, exhibiting calmness and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and potential coping strategies, empowering them to engage actively in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation of all patient interactions, consistent with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and case consultations to refine clinical practices and ensure a consistent approach to trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in trauma therapy and related research to continuously enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona is necessary to practice effectively.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions while employing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with patients on a human level.

• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and focused in crisis situations.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
