Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to create a welcoming and effective healing space for our clients. Our clinic boasts advanced therapeutic equipment and resources that enhance the patient experience and support your therapeutic practices. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will engage with a variety of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to adult patients, ensuring a patient load of approximately three patients per hour.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation using CureMD EMR, ensuring all patient interactions and assessments are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractic professionals, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients ranging from 40 to 65 years old who are seeking rehabilitation due to orthopedic conditions. These may include post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility dysfunction. By employing evidence-based practices, you will play an integral role in improving their quality of life and functionality.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess a current and active or eligible physical therapy license in New Jersey.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and work collaboratively within a team.
• A strong commitment to patient care and outcomes, with a positive attitude that fosters a motivating environment.

Preferred Experience

• While a background in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, candidates eager to learn and excel within this setting will be considered.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly CureMD, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
