Executive Assistant to Founder

REGIMENT

Regiment is a rapidly growing real estate development firm based in New York City. We are looking for motivated associates to join our rapidly growing team. Do you have what it takes? Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Founder, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will manage day‑to‑day tasks including providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Responsibilities also involve effective communication and standard administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations of the office. This role involves travel. Qualifications Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support Experience preparing various financial and operation reports Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Quick follow‑up Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google business platforms, Slack, Box and other relevant software Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Interest in Design, Architecture, Finance and Real Estate #J-18808-Ljbffr REGIMENT
