Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote working arrangement, providing flexibility and comfort to our therapists. While you will primarily work from home, you will also engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary outpatient team, connecting regularly via virtual platforms. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling to adapt to patient needs. Regardless of your workspace, a strong emphasis is placed on maintaining robust communication and support among team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for diverse client populations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to support clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standard of administrative integrity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and psychologists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at improving service delivery and treatment effectiveness.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment plans, and available community resources to enhance understanding and empower them in their healing process.
• Stay informed about the latest research and innovations in mental health practices to continually refine therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will come from a variety of cultural backgrounds, presenting with a range of mental health challenges. You will provide support to adults, adolescents, and families, creating an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and respected. Your role as a therapist will directly impact their journey to recovery, helping them navigate obstacles and achieve personal resilience.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.
• Proven ability to customize therapy approaches to meet the varied needs of clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships and collaborative problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing solution-focused therapy and working with multicultural populations is preferred. Familiarity with integrated care models and telehealth platforms will enhance your ability to serve our clients effectively in this remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits
