Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of hospice patients and their families.
• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Providing therapeutic interventions via video conferencing or phone calls, ensuring accessibility for all patients.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records to uphold HIPAA compliance and adhere to industry regulations.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure the continuity of care.
• Educating patients and families about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available resources while offering emotional support.
• Staying informed on the latest research within mental health and actively incorporating new findings into your treatment practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with hospice patients who are facing terminal illnesses, alongside their families. You will provide compassionate care that addresses grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that arise during this challenging time. Your expertise will support clients through difficult transitions while helping them make the most of their remaining time with dignity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with patients and collaboration within a team.

Compensation and Benefits
