Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments that delve into patients' trauma histories and guide individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and nurturing personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other mental health staff to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
