Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Monadnock Care Solution, you will assume a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing and documenting therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Empowering patients through education and training, ensuring they understand their recovery processes and the importance of adherence to therapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes through evidence-based care strategies.
• Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, and contributing positively to the overall effectiveness of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves treating a diverse clientele, including patients with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs. You will engage with patients from various backgrounds, working closely with them to set and achieve their functional goals. Qualifications

The following qualifications are required to be considered for this position:

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer applications related to patient management systems.
• A commitment to building and maintaining meaningful relationships with patients and the larger community.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting is required, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in specialized treatment areas, such as sports rehabilitation or pediatric therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
