Work Environment

Located in Virginia Beach, our outpatient office is designed to be a welcoming and comfortable space for both our staff and patients. Operate from Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options, our therapists collaborate closely in a high-energy setting, focusing on personalized patient care. The working hours are structured from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, utilizing various methods such as exercise, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Track patient progress meticulously through documentation and regular updates, ensuring treatments are effective and goals are being met.
• Continuously reassess and modify treatment plans according to patients' changing needs, demonstrating adaptability and responsive care.
• Recommend and fit patients with appropriate assistive devices to aid in self-care and mobility, enhancing their independence.
• Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers about therapy modalities and suitable home exercises, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Engage in professional development by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and collaborating with peers to maintain high clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, encompassing both pediatric and adult clients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
