Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, a demographic that requires unique therapeutic approaches due to their developmental differences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in New York State (e.g., LCSW-R, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, licensed psychoanalyst, or psychologist).

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Thorough understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrable experience in delivering individual and family therapy to young patients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other pertinent software applications.
