Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with new and existing clients to identify their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques and approaches to meet the diverse cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops to inform clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring that they receive immediate support and follow-up care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations, engaging with colleagues to optimize treatment approaches and share knowledge of innovative therapeutic methods.
• Continuously update clinical skills and knowledge by engaging in professional development, attending workshops, and reviewing current research.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
