Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, collaborating closely with clients to incorporate their personal goals.

• Deliver compassionate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on trauma-informed methods that prioritize client safety and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, in adherence to organizational policies and confidentiality standards.

• Communicate regularly with medical personnel about patient progress, addressing any emerging concerns and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute emotional or behavioral challenges, utilizing established assessment and treatment protocols.

• Assist clients in their discharge planning, engaging in care coordination that leverages resources from various providers in the region to ensure a supportive transition.

• Consult and coordinate with clients' families or support systems to facilitate comprehensive treatment and successful discharge planning.

The clients you will serve often deal with complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma history, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in mental health service delivery, focusing on diverse client issues.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative in clinical settings.

• Strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office, and experience with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional training in trauma-informed practices, crisis intervention techniques, and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
