Work Environment

Located in North Brunswick, NJ, our facility is designed to enhance the rehabilitation experience, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a team-oriented atmosphere. The work schedule allows for a balanced professional and personal life, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists who work together to ensure optimal care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to adult patients, optimizing their recovery from orthopedic conditions.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities, ensuring each patient's specific needs are met.
• Employ evidence-based treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises and hands-on modalities, to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Engage in effective communication with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to provide cohesive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the CureMD EMR system, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients aged 40-65, who may be experiencing a range of orthopedic issues. This demographic often requires tailored treatment plans that not only address their physical limitations but also consider their unique lifestyles and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a valid and active physical therapist license in New Jersey.
• Effective communication skills to articulate treatment plans and progress to patients and their families.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in evaluation and treatment techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a physical therapy outpatient setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in orthopedic rehabilitation will be considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with CureMD or similar EMR systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package designed to support our employees' health and well-being. This includes:
