Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible and remote work setting, enabling you to deliver care from your home while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. You will utilize digital platforms for therapy sessions and maintain connectivity with fellow team members through virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents, developing a deep understanding of their specific mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing your ability in handling diverse cases involving children and adolescents.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, coupled with an understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrable experience in providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
