In this full-time role, you will provide individualized therapy and support to clients facing a variety of psychological challenges. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care for a varied caseload of patients, ensuring effective treatment plans are implemented and monitored.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address psychological needs while documenting treatment logs.
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for clients and their families, identifying areas for psychological intervention.
• Employ advanced clinical skills to guide crisis interventions, providing timely and effective support in urgent situations.
• Develop personalized counseling strategies that may include individual, couples, or family therapy, and make referrals to other specialists as necessary.
• Continuously assess patient needs and progress, coordinating with primary care and other providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health services.
• Document treatment plans, including goals, progress summaries, and necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with evolving client needs.
• Facilitate educational and supportive programs for both patients and their families to foster understanding and cooperation in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on empowerment and collaboration to guide individuals toward achieving their therapy goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.
• Licensure in an appropriate field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your proficiency in therapeutic practices and patient engagement.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with remote counseling methodologies will be highly beneficial. Additionally, applicants with specialized training in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy may stand out.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, complemented by a variety of bonuses based on state licensure, including an initial sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Counselors can expect additional compensation opportunities that may total up to $2,000 based on performance. Other benefits include:
