This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through a secure digital platform. You will be a vital part of a Community Health Clinic that emphasizes accessibility and inclusivity in mental health services. Our structured work schedule generally runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs to accommodate various time zones and client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify client histories and set the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at recovery, healing, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to offer effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process trauma and cultivate effective coping mechanisms.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during urgent scenarios related to trauma.

• Educate clients and families about trauma responses and available coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in professional development, team meetings, and case consultations, ensuring alignment with trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that reflect a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

• A capacity to remain composed and supportive during high-stress situations, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.

Compensation and Benefits\n
