Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience strengthening, and overall well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and enhance coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
