Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, enabling you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Your work hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible to meet the needs of your clients. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth technology to ensure seamless interactions with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to determine the history and impact of trauma on each patient’s mental health.

• Design personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, where you will provide a safe space for clients to process their trauma, learn coping mechanisms, and support their healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members, coordinating care and integrating various treatment modalities to optimize patient outcomes.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support patients during acute trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards to ensure the best care practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest research, attending team meetings, and participating in case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily be supporting adult clients who have survived various forms of trauma, including but not limited to abuse, neglect, and significant life events that lead to PTSD and similar conditions. Your compassionate approach will help patients reclaim their lives by addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral impacts of trauma.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with patients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting. Familiarity with trauma-focused therapeutic techniques will set you apart.
