Your role will be performed remotely, utilizing a flexible telehealth model that aligns with our commitment to innovative care. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories, trauma experiences, and identify suitable treatment approaches.

• Develop tailored treatment plans focused on enhancing trauma recovery and building personal resilience.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients navigate the recovery process, develop effective coping strategies, and inspire healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and additional healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating both skill and compassion.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while outlining available resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will be skilled in working with a diverse clientele, specifically those grappling with the aftermath of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities, alongside resilience-building practices.

• Demonstrated experience with trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is a standard requirement, candidates with additional experience in specialized trauma therapy or related fields would be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
