Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in home care environments. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, with hours from either 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Flagstar Arthroscopic Rehabilitation LLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in skilled nursing facilities to create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Educating patients and their families about therapies, explaining their roles in the rehabilitation process to encourage active participation.
• Conducting facility education and in-service sessions to raise awareness about available therapy services and their benefits.
• Actively participating in Care Plan Meetings, providing insights into patient progress and suggestions for treatment adjustments.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough daily documentation of patient treatments, progress, and any modifications to therapy plans.
• Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on patients recovering from various musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative procedures, and other physical health challenges. You will work closely with individuals of different ages and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
