The average workweek totals about 40 hours, with a standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., along with occasional evening clinics and weekend community outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments for individuals and families, including physical examinations and health history evaluations to identify their medical needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, devising personalized care plans that incorporate preventive measures and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with community stakeholders to design and implement educational programs that address specific health concerns prevalent in the community.
• Provide culturally competent care, ensuring an understanding of diverse backgrounds and advocating for each patient's rights and access to necessary resources.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care to ensure smooth transitions and continuity for patients navigating the healthcare system.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
