Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint specific goals and develop personalized treatment plans that respect their individual cultural contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various modalities, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and liaise with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth transitions of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Implement regular and accurate clinical documentation practices, maintaining progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in line with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies and understanding to manage their mental health effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, integrating perspectives from psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans accordingly for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
