Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, guiding the development of individualized and evidence-based treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance client engagement and support.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring your records align with best practices and facility requirements for regulatory and quality assurance purposes.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster professional growth and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed about current research and trends in mental health to apply the latest therapeutic practices effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will provide both individual and group therapy that meets clients where they are in their healing journey. Cultivating a trusting and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship will be key in facilitating positive client engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, or its equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly , commensurate with your experience and hours worked.
