Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for great flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments while serving patients through telehealth platforms. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments through virtual consultations to understand each patient’s unique background.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on recovery, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients in distress during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as needed.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training to enhance cultural competency and clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in providing inclusive therapy that recognizes and adapts to cultural nuances.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in various computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
