Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy regulations.
• Assess and evaluate client needs during initial consultations and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals and challenges.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records using our electronic health record software, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will provide support to diverse populations, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and personalized care as you guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a mental health therapist in California, such as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with remote therapy platforms and technology, ensuring seamless communication and client engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of experience and clinical expertise. Additionally, you will benefit from:
