Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain an understanding of client concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, tailored to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between $115,000 and $130,000 annually . Additionally, counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that your well-being is prioritized.
