The position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as they arise. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intricate mental health assessments that consider patients' cultural contexts, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to reflect each patient's cultural and personal experiences. This may involve cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or other modalities suited to the patient’s background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that foster healing and resilience while addressing multifaceted mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care that promotes comprehensive well-being.

• Provide effective crisis intervention and management, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and stabilizing patients during acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to practice independently.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based treatment methods, alongside a deep appreciation for cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
