Oasis Care Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team as a full-time remote provider. Work Environment

In this full-time remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home, ensuring flexibility while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and treatment needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all patients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually improve therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, regular team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support clients dealing with various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. By establishing a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, you will aid clients in navigating their challenges and achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a secure therapeutic environment.

• An empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences is essential for effective practice.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance therapy sessions and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting or working with diverse populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare software for documentation and teletherapy interactions.

• Foundational knowledge of addiction treatment principles could enhance service delivery.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
