Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop comprehensive profiles.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients, focusing on issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients in distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and remain informed of emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population consists primarily of adults dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. You will connect with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management challenges, or those seeking support for significant life transitions. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current license in one of the following:
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a keen ability to relate to a diverse clientele.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, coupled with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions with relevant regulatory boards.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote therapy tools will be beneficial in managing client information and session documentation efficiently. Previous work in community mental health settings or acute care environments is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
