Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help patients process their trauma experiences, cultivate coping strategies, and advance their healing journeys.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to promote coordinated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring patients feel supported during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, resources, and treatment options available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, thereby upholding the highest levels of trust and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and an array of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficient in administering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
